Prior to finding Monique and Joe Carrabba to be my realtors, I'd had a terrible experience with a different agent (from a different agency) who totally went off on me and verbally abused me for refusing to write an offer on a house I wasn't very excited about. Fortunately, the very night that happened, my lender directed me to Joe and Monique Carrabba, and that recommendation was an excellent one! Although I was still traumatized by the previous realtor's behavior, I decided to try and move forward with Monique and Joe, and I hit the jackpot with them. The very first house they showed me was PERFECT! Sadly, but not surprisingly,there were 10 offers on it, but they worked some magic doggedly, intelligently, and shrewdly to make sure that against the odds, that I got the house. Their advice was spot on, their knowledge and experience and commitment to getting me this successful outcome has finally restored my confidence and appreciation (and faith) in realtors! The Carrabbas will be my realtors for life. Not only did they manage to get me into my dream home, they also staged my previous house (free of charge), listed it, and got me a full price offer on it.. On move-in day, Monique actually moved my cat and my snake for me into the new house for me-- just another example of how special this couple is. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty and stopped at nothing over and over during our relationship. I have worked with probably 10-15 realtors over the years, and Monique and Joe are in a class of their own. The real estate market in Los Angeles is specialized, complex, tricky and competitive. We bought our first house with the help of Monique and Joe Carrabba 9 years ago. They were friendly, helpful, thorough, and thoughtful. So, when we were in the market again, we contacted them and they worked tirelessly to find us our next home. That took a few years of searching but they never lost enthusiasm. And then they went FAR above and beyond to help us fix up and stage our old home to sell. Their energy and positivity are unparalleled. I was remote for most of the process, and they ably took the lead on innumerable fronts, making the process a breeze for me from afar. Highly recommended!

Another successful sale thanks to the Carrabbas! This has been our family realtor for twelve years now and they never fail to deliver! We have bought and sold multiple properties in different cities across Southern California with them and I can not say enough good things about their services, there is nothing they can't handle. We hit a few bumps in the road due to an inexperienced first-time buyer and they knew exactly what to anticipate and how to handle each hiccup to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. I was able to turn a very nice profit thanks to their concierge services. My house needed quite a bit of work and the contractor they work with did such an incredible job. I was so impressed with how the listing turned out, it was so tastefully staged and got a lot of traffic at the open house, not to mention some very solid and competitive offers! I was working on a very tight deadline and needed the house sold as quickly as possible as I was in the process of buying another house and they made it all happen like clockwork! I am happy to say they are my neighbors now and it's nice to see how involved they are in the community here. They always have such good recommendations too as far as contractors go. The plumber they recommended to me in the past has saved us so much money over the years (I know this for a fact because my husband always gets multiple estimates with everything just to be sure) Also, we thought we had a foundation problem with one of our rental properties due to some cracks, etc, and got two estimates (each between $70,000-100,000!!) what a nightmare. I picked up the phone and called Monique and Joe to ask for a recommendation. Thank god I did because the company they recommended came out for an inspection and said the foundation was actually good, only needed a few repairs estimated at just around $8,000!! They have also helped my elderly father with both buying and selling when he fell ill and I couldn't believe how much they went out of their way to help him at such a critical time in his life. He also made a good profit thanks to them (on a house we thought would take forever to sell, he got an offer in the first week) And he is a very detail-oriented person who is not always easy to work with (can be highly critical during business transactions if things don't go as expected) but they far exceeded his expectations and he always speaks so highly of them. They really do look out for their clients' best interest. Very savvy and ethical people. We have worked with other realtors in the past prior to meeting them that did a decent job but nothing compares to the experience you will have with the Carrabbas. With Joe's background in law and Monique's extensive experience and knowledge of the California housing market, they will always give you the best possible advice to put you in the best position possible when buying and/or selling. Think of it as two for the price of one...times a million!

Joe and Monique were a wonderful team to work with. They thought of everything both for the sale of our condo and the purchase of our house.
